you dont have to get the transfer paper just through a tattoo supplier.
when i got mine, he had a machine, like a printer, but it photocopied the picture u wanted, and then printed it onto the carbon paper stuff, an the dude just put sum vaseline on my skin an then stuck the paper on an peeled it off an the design was on
