And again as a follow up Im so sorry anyone has to indore this video I should have never done it at all, so all in all its my fault but young at the time thought it was a good idea, I would love with my knowledge now re-do the whole thing proper right ideas good tattoos etc.. @stormwoolley not saying your wrong cause most of the people are douche bags pointing out every little thing wrong with it.. but theres a way to tattoo and theres ways no to.. and some people on here do a damn good job but are gonna scar the skin and ruin the tattoo after it heals.. and just because a tattoo looks nice when its first done doesnt mean anything i’ve seen an amazing portrait get tattooed and by the time it was heal it was just eyes and a mouth cause it wasnt done right.. just sayin

not putting down getting tought by someone who has been tattooing but i went around trying to get an apprentaceship and showed my sketchbooks and every single one said the same thing that i was an amazing artist but they wanted to c wut i have done on skin to know how much i needed to learn and where to start with me.
God just read these posts and scratcher lol thats a funny thing, so many ppl who think they are a pro just because they are in a shop say it the most. but if u really get to know people 90% of artists started by tattooing a friend or someone they knew, i just think its soo funny how people in an industry that is judged so much is soo quick to judge. You know how many people i know that just make up a place that they were apprentaced or never got one and work in shops and are really really good.

Ok…. This is my video which I did about 7 years ago, it was taken from ebay when I sold them and now its all over ebay and websites, I was new to tattooing and needed some extra money my Father did videography work so had the means to make a quick video, I barley new what I was doinf with tattoos (obvoiusly) however as you see with no tattoo below the sleeve line because I worked as a paramedic full time tattooed on the side (this was in my basement) I know a hell of alot about the exposure
@tyob1 you are so right. I don’t understand how people can watch this shit and think that they are actally learning. I am all for sharing the knowledge and encouraging new artists in to the industry but you must first have the knowledge before you can share it. Posting videos on YT like he is a master tattoo artist just makes this dude look a complete tool, and has a negative effect on tattooing in general.
Art and creativity can’t be taught it can all be trained …i would respect someone more who learned it on there then someone who set in a office kissing ass to one day get there chance i’ll be happy being a fucking scratcher

about 98% of what he is saying is completely wrong.
he doesn’t cover his machine because it “doesn’t touch the customer” but what about his hands touching the machine? No barrier on his machine, uses his hands to scoop vaseline from a jar. touches everything thing while setting up then tattoos with same gloves on. This guy is a cross contamanation nightmare. If you’re not 100% with cross contamination prevention you may as well not be doing any of it. And I haven’t even gotten to his tattooing skill yet.

I’ve been tattooing for ten years professionally in a reputable shop, So I’m not some jerk off kid giving you hard time. But as far as not wrapping up your machine why wrap any thing your hands get blood on them and you touch yourmachine and that is cross contamination you will get people sick just cause you can’t see it didn’t mean it’s not there not only was I taught to wrap it up but after every use wipe them down with a waveacide rattling is to be respected you can end up killing someone.
@stormwoolley agreed ultimately how “Shakey” your hand is has nothign to do with your skill, its how steady and smooth your line is.
